Shipping / Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We try to communicate to customers in case of a such delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have a standard cost of AED 10 for deliveries in UAE.
  • Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location. We usually deliver within 24 hours upon dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not ship internationally. We are planning to introduce international shipping as soon as possible.

Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 2 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items such as Food & Beverage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yallacliq.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note return shipping charges apply.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Customer is required to pay the shipping charges.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
